How does approval actually work?

SVARA drafts a reply and posts it into Slack with Approve, Edit and Skip buttons. That is the default: a human decides before it is sent. You can also switch on auto-replies for repeat questions you have signed off on, such as opening hours, shipping times or order status — everything outside those question types still comes to you as a draft.

Do we have to learn a new dashboard?

No. That is the point of SVARA. We come to you: connect your channels once, then every drafted reply appears in your existing workspace. There is no second inbox to babysit.

Which channels are supported?

Why no TikTok DMs?

TikTok does not offer a public API for direct messages, so no tool can integrate with them — including SVARA. We would rather tell you that up front than promise something that cannot be delivered. TikTok comments are on our roadmap as the platform opens access.

Where can replies be delivered?

Slack is live today. WhatsApp, email, Discord and Notion are coming soon and are in active development.

What counts as a "conversation"?

One customer thread, counted once per rolling 24 hours, across DMs, email and comments combined. Ten messages back and forth with the same customer in a day is one conversation.

How does annual billing work?

Annual is the same plan at 20% off, still billed monthly on a 12-month commitment — not paid upfront as a lump sum.

No overage charges, ever. At around 80% of your cap we warn you; at 100% SVARA pauses new conversations and offers a one-click upgrade.

How is our data handled under GDPR?

Customer message data is processed in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and retained only as long as needed to draft and audit replies. A Data Processing Agreement is available. [Placeholder — confirm with your legal counsel before publishing final terms.]

How are our channel credentials stored?

SVARA stores OAuth tokens, never passwords. Tokens are encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys, scoped to the minimum permissions required, and revocable by you at any time.

Does the AI train on our messages?

No. Your conversations are not used to train shared or third-party foundation models. Tone and terminology learning stays scoped to your workspace.
