1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how SVARA (Henrik Hellbe) uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website (https://svara.social) and in our application. Cookies are small text files, and similar technologies include browser storage such as localStorage and session storage. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Legal basis and consent
Under the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (lag (2022:482) om elektronisk kommunikation, “LEK”), which implements the ePrivacy Directive and is supervised by the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS):
- Strictly necessary cookies — those required to provide a service the user has explicitly requested — may be used without consent.
- All other cookies and similar technologies (for example analytics and marketing) require the user's prior, informed consent before they are set.
Where consent is required, we obtain it through a consent banner before non-essential cookies are placed. Consent is granular and can be withdrawn at any time with the same ease as it was given (see Section 5). Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already read before withdrawal.

The categories below reflect our current use. Where a category is not yet in use, it is shown as a placeholder to be completed if and when such technologies are added.

We do not currently set analytics or marketing cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and request your consent through the consent banner before they are placed.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we embed. In particular, Stripe sets the strictly-necessary payment and fraud cookies listed above when you use checkout. Those third parties process data in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies. Any analytics or marketing providers we may add in future will be listed in Section 3.
5. How to manage or withdraw consent
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings / consent banner on our website.
- You can also control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Refer to your browser's help pages.
6. Consequences of disabling cookies
Strictly-necessary cookies and equivalent storage are required for core functionality. If you block them, parts of the Service may not work — for example, secure checkout and payment may fail, and you may be unable to log in or your onboarding progress may not be saved. Disabling analytics or marketing technologies (if any) does not affect core functionality.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, in particular if we add new cookies or technologies. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
